A.  Cost and Hire Period

Hire fee for individual game is $25 while package with a set of 5 games is $100. Other rental equipment costs as indicated in the  Party Equipment Rental page. Based on the event date, we allow our customers to pick up a day before and return a day after.  This will apply the same for delivery arrangement. We give our best to be flexible based on our customers' schedule and based on the agreement of both parties, such shall be followed. Once games are accepted by the customer through pick up or delivery, it also means that games are hand-overed completely and in acceptable condition. It is also the customer's responsibility to check the games before accepting. 

 

B.  Delivery

Pick up is at Ultimo, NSW.  Upon booking confirmation, address will be provided for the pick up and drop off location.  We offer delivery depending on our availability within 10km from Ultimo for a fee. For other arrangements, please message us as we will try our best to cater to your needs. 

 

C.  Booking

A form needs to be completed and upon pick up, we will be requiring an ID to validate the details indicated in the form.

D.  Payment

To confirm the booking, a 50% deposit is required within 7 days of receiving the request. Full payment is required 1 week before the event including the refundable security bond of $100.  We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the final payment is not made by the due date. Payment options can be cash, electronic funds transfer or through the invoice payment link. By paying, customer is accepting these terms and conditions.

E.  Cancellation

Cancellation (even due to weather) made within the week of the event will mean the deposit is forfeited and if full payment is already done, we will refund back the other 50%. This is to cover our potential loss of income. Other option is credit to be used for other available dates with the same value of the deposit amount received.

 

F.  Damage

We require a returnable security bond of $100 with the final balance. This will be returned back within the next 2 days upon assessment of damages, missing items, theft or loss except for reasonable wear and tear. A replacement fee may be required if the damage is beyond repair. This will have a thorough check and all factors will be considered before the decision.

 

G.  Cleaning

There is no need to clean the items as long as it is reasonable. Simply pack it the same way it was delivered to you. Rest assured that all items are cleaned up before and after use.

H.  Liability Clause

Share The Fun Lawn Games Hire, Crafts and Party Needs will not be liable for injury or other safety issues within the hire period including from pick up to return of the games.  Our customer accepts that Share The Fun Lawn Games Hire, Crafts and Party Needs  is free from all claims, actions and liabilities as a result of the services provided, direct or indirect use of the games.  As we value our customers, we request proper use of the games to ensure safety for all your guests.
